Many companies and organizations have figured out that there is a difference between productive and nonproductive leaders. Nonproductive leaders are usually selfish and only look out for themselves. Productive leaders are people that care about people and put others first. One of the statements they used to describe this was, “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
In order to
become a great leader you must discover what God’s desire is for you so that you
could do what God wants you to do. Great leaders are problem solvers. Most
people see a problem and try to avoid it, but leaders take care of the problem.
Being positive will be very helpful as you grow as a leader because hardships
will come no matter if you’re positive or not. If you are positive it will make
accomplishing what the Lord wants for you a lot easier and will help you avoid
some of life’s troubles and tribulations. These are just a few things we learned
at Leadership Training Camp. Once again, I want to thank everybody for sending
me to camp.
